Right now, I'm building Z360, an enterprise-grade AI platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. Z360 handles customer support across all channels, automates sales follow-ups, and gives every employee an AI assistant with full business context and 100+ tool integrations. The mission is straightforward: make powerful AI accessible and affordable for the businesses that need it most.
I'm a computer science engineer with a B.Tech from JNTU Hyderabad. I completed my M.S. in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands, and I'm currently finishing Master's degrees in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at UT Dallas. I am a Certified Project Management Professional and a Scrum Master.
Before Z360, I founded and scaled Zikra Infotech, a digital marketing agency that grew to a 70-person global team. We served clients primarily in healthcare and other regulated industries. Eight years of working with small businesses showed me how they lose revenue when follow-ups slip through the cracks and opportunities go cold. That problem became the foundation for Z360.
